Licensed in 1983 Bob Ramagli opened his first real estate office in 1984, Ramagli Real Estate in Fairless Hills, PA.  Already a successful company in his market area, Bob joined Weidel’s growing network of offices and affiliates in 1997, as an affiliate company, Weidel REALTORS Ramagli Associates.  In 1999 Bob opened his second office in Bensalem, PA; and in March of 2004 he opened his third office in Morrisville, PA. 

Bob is also the owner of Lower Bucks Mortgage, which opened in 2001 and is a full service mortgage lending company; and owner of Lower Bucks Abstract Title Company, established in early 2005.

On June 1, 2006 Bob formed a strategic partnership with GMAC Real Estate, one of the largest and most dynamic real estate companies in the nation.  On July 1, 2006 Ramagli GMAC Real Estate formed a partnership with Edgewood GMAC Real Estate merging the offices into one company.   In doing this, Bob would now have offices in Bristol and Yardley to go along with his Bensalem and Fairless Hills Offices, increasing his market presence in the Bucks County Area.

Bob graduated Pennsbury High School in 1973; Bucks County Community College in 1975; and Penn State University in 1977.
